ARG was formed to bring together the knowledge and experience of its comprehensive team of senior housing and eldercare professionals to support individuals and organizations who share our passion and commitment for bringing services and programs of excellence to meet the growing and changing needs of seniors. Our team has experience and expertise across all service levels and stages of aging from independent living, to congregate housing, to assisted living, to skilled nursing care, and including specialized services for dementia care and other specialty services. Specific services include optimization of on-going operations, conducting project feasibility studies and recommendations, start-up implementation and management, and organizational turn-around projects. Our experience includes both not for profit and for profit organizations.
